Designed and implemented a scalable visual management system to support daily partner workflows, driving consistency, cleanliness, and safety across 15,000+ coffeehouses.
Uplifted the Starbucks Career site with refreshed brand colors, expressive illustrations, and partner storytelling. Prototypes were tested with real users to refine navigation, accessibility, and visual impact.
